Crystal Quest Whole House Acid Neutralizing water filters are engineered for maximum filtration and maximum performance with minimum maintenance. They deliver trouble free operation for many years. It is the most advanced and effective Acid Neutralizing water filters in the market for the following reasons:
  • First, water travels through a 20" sediment cartridge that removes sediment, silt, sand and dirt. Also this extends the life of water softeners and water filters, and prevents damage to control valves or pumps.
  • Next, water travels through a 1.5 or 2.0 cubic foot media tank with an Automatic Microprocessor Control valve. (The longer amount of time that the water is in contact with the media, the more effective is the conditioning and filtering of the water.)
  • Finally, water travels through a 20" solid carbon cartridge for a final conditioning of the water and removing any remaining contaminates and VOC's which may be in the water.
CRYSTAL QUEST® Whole House Acid Neutralizing water filters. Simple, User friendly, easy to program, dependable, fully shipped with filtration media already in the tank. WE DO NOT ship filtration media separately for our customers to pour in. The system connects to the main line of your home and filters all the incoming water to it. It requires a nearby power outlet and drain source (usually the washing machine drain).  We ship complete and ready to be plumbed in.

CRYSTAL QUEST® Whole House Acid Neutralizing Water Filter
CRYSTAL QUEST® Whole House Acid Neutralizing Water Filters contain naturally occurring, crushed and screened white marble, calcium carbonate media. It is used to neutralize acidic or low pH waters to a neutral, less corrosive effluent.
Acidic water can leach unhealthy levels of copper from pipes and cause greenish-blue stains on fixtures. It can cause many other corrosion problems as well and drastically shorten the life of all water using equipment, including dishwashers, washing machines, hot water heaters as well as fixtures. When acid pH water (below 6.8) is passed through the filter, calcium carbonate is slowly dissolved into the water, increasing the pH to a neutral level. An automatic backwashing cleans the bed and prevents compaction. The media slowly dissolves over time and will need to be re-filled about every 2-3 years, depending on the amount of water you use, and the pH of your raw water entering the unit.
