Shipping Policy:
All orders will be processed and shipped as
soon as possible, within 7-10 business days.
Once an order is processed and shipped,
please allow up to 3 business days for
express shipping and up to 5 business days
for ground shipping. During high volume
periods please allow 7-10 days for ground
shipping.
If you have an order that needs to be
expedited, please call us directly.
Expedited orders may incur an expedited
processing fee as well as a higher shipping
charge for faster delivery.
Crystal Quest®
is not responsible for any merchandise lost
or stolen through any mail parcel service,
including but not limited to USPS, UPS,
FedEx, and/or any freight companies. FedEx,
USPS and UPS Ground Deliveries to home and
business addresses are sent NO SIGNATURE
REQUIRED. This means that FedEx, USPS, and UPS, will
leave the package at your door or in a
convenient location if no one is present to
receive the shipment.
No Signature Requested (our default shipping
method) -
If you do not select the “Signature
Required” delivery option, and your package
is lost or stolen, then we will not be able
to reship your order. In these instances, if
your package is lost or stolen, we recommend
you follow up with the carrier and your
local authorities.
Signature Requested -
If you selected the “Signature Required”
delivery option and your package is lost or
stolen, then we will file a claim and
re-ship your order at no cost to you once we
have received verification of the shipment
status from the carrier.
Lost or Stolen Packages

Crystal Quest® is not
responsible for lost or stolen packages
confirmed to be delivered to the address
entered for an order. Upon inquiry,
Crystal Quest® will confirm
delivery to the provided address, date of
delivery, tracking information and shipping
carrier information for the customer to
investigate.
Incorrect Shipping Information
- If a package is returned to
Crystal Quest® due to an
incorrect shipping address provided by a
customer, the customer will be responsible
for the return shipping cost as well as the
redelivery cost. Crystal Quest® is not
responsible for packages delivered
incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or
incomplete shipping information provided by
a customer.
International Orders: Crystal Quest®
ships to select countries. The shipping
charge for orders to be delivered
internationally will depend on the carrier
and shipping method chosen. Shipping costs
for heavier overweight items will be
calculated separately and are expected to be
paid by the customer prior to shipment date.
Please be aware that
Crystal Quest® is not
responsible for any taxes, duties, or
customs fees imposed upon shipments to other
countries.
We have no control over how long your
customs office holds on to your package.
